Had a visit with the doctor on 9-14-23, I got a shingles shot got home around 6 hours later started having a allergic reaction to the shot ending up at the hospital that's stuff wasn't funny

When calling office it takes a long time before someone answers to even put you on hold. I feel phone could be answered in a more timely manner even if you have to be ask the person to hold please.

Dr. Umar Bowers saved me from a long Covid sinus infection. While my ENT told me there was no sign of infection, Dr. Bowers knew I needed treatment. After 3 years of suffering with sinusitis, he helped heal me and now I feel like a million bucks. He has a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He knows his stuff! Thank you Dr Bowers!

I’ve never been to a doctors office that is quite as efficient, on time and pleasant. All the staff seems happy and well trained. Communication about appointments and results of testing is spot on and timely. I just don’t dread going to the doctor like have at other offices. And I never feel like I’ve been rushed out the door either. Dr. Bower listens.

I’m new to wilmington and was extremely nervous about having to find a Dr that could help treat me and my teenage daughter. I’ve now been a patient almost a year. The Drs NP and staff go above and beyond for us. I completely trust everyone there and will continue to refer new patients there because I know based on my own experiences that they’ll be treated will compassion knowledge and love.

Dr Bowers and Miss Janie always treat me with respect and like a human. They've never made me feel bad about my needs. They're a great Dr and Nurse team with exceptional bedside manners. During my May visit Dr Bowers told me he was proud of me, and I have never had a Dr tell me they were proud of me. Even with having to add new medications or refilling ongoing meds I've never been made to feel like a statistic or less than under Dr Bowers care. I appreciate the compassion and understanding that he has for me as well as others.
