Alexandria Nixon, LPN

Born and raised in Rocky Point, NC, Alexandria Nixon brings 18 years of experience in healthcare as a CNA I/II, phlebotomist, and now a nurse. She has worked with individuals of all ages across a variety of settings including intellectual and developmental disabilities, hospice, long-term care, memory care, and both primary and urgent care.

Passionate about helping people from all walks of life, Alexandria values the lasting relationships built with patients at Dawson Med. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, styling hair, exploring new foods, and sharing laughter.
